Keep Keen Controls Limited is an independent Control Systems House whose staff has many years of experience in the Building Services Industry; being based in Leeds we are able to work nationwide.

The Company has been established since 1993 and has carried out many projects of all descriptions.
A long time philosophy of the Company is the “Conservation of Energy” having particular experience in the refurbishment and retrofitting of Building Energy Management Systems into existing buildings.

We carry out full package installations including controls, panels and wiring where required. All design and responsibility for design of the Control System on a project is undertaken by ourselves.

Our projects team is able to engineer any size of contract, large or small and we use only specialist people in our work.
Maintenance inspection on a regular basis by a HVAC Control Systems specialist is essential to ensure the continued efficient use of energy and the plant.
